We don't heal or thrive in isolation. I invite you to connect with your senses, your body, and the present moment. I invite both sides of the brain into the room. I invite your past and future to meet you here.

I use tools like somatic and experiential therapy, archetypes, metaphor, and guided mindfulness to explore your Self, your surroundings, your purpose, and relationship to your loved ones.

My work varies but I often work with perfectionists, abuse survivors, and creatives. "You feel grounded in the Earth." and "I can tell you anything." is feedback I receive.
