About Evelyn

I became a teen mom and worked in the service industry until I went to counseling and then back to school and got certified inhypnotherapy, then I went to college for my Master's in counseling.I am here to listen with empathy as I try to see the world from your view. I want to help you change your unwanted thoughts, feelings, and action. Throughout our lives people go through hard times. Perhaps we were bullied or in a car accident, we had a poor childhood or past abuse. If the event was repetitive or shocking our mind gets stuck. Then anything that reminds us of the event brings back the feeling, thoughts anger or pain. When we reprocess the stuck trauma with BLS (EMDR, tappers, or headphones), with the knowledge of the present, we can let go of the feelings of the past. We are left with a sad story without the hurt.
