As a Licensed Professional Counselor trained in psychotherapy andhypnotherapy, I will help you find your resilience and the path to healing.I am an English/Spanish counselor whose main goal is to help my clients find hope, resilience and solutions to their problems. My academic and life experiences have shown me that most challenges and frustrations have solutions. I help my clients understand that the solution is within him/her during those moments when they feel they're unable to endure life's challenges and problems. We uncover the "where, when, and how" and then we find the "why" (reasons) underlying the feelings of doom and frustration. This allows us to discover and implement workable solutions.
