Using advanced therapies like Somatic Therapy, vagal toning, EFT/ Tapping,hypnotherapy, shadow work, and neuroscience-based techniques, I guide you to uncover and overcome self-sabotage, imposter syndrome, and emotional blocks.Many women carry the weight of experiences that taught them to doubt themselves, stay small, or believe they are somehow “not enough.” Over time these experiences can shape subconscious beliefs, relationship patterns, and nervous system responses that quietly influence how we live our lives. Therapy can be a place where those patterns are understood—and where new possibilities begin.
