About Embrace

In a world full of so many different people we are bound to encounter a vast array of road blocks. Some are easy to verbalize and some are not. Some of the things we experience are small and can be minimized but some cannot. Sometimes we don’t trust enough to share and sometimes we do not know how to communicate what we are feeling, when we are feeling and why we are feeling. Embrace gives us the opportunity to be open to the therapeutic process, embrace it like a warm hug of comfort. To Embrace the process we must first start with the Problem. To Trust the Journey we must envision where we want to be in our lives and go for it.
