About Embodied

I believe the therapeutic relationship can be one of the most powerful tools in the therapeutic process, especially when there is a history of childhood trauma, injuries, and hurt. We all have different states of self that guide and regulate our thoughts, emotions, and behavior, but with complex trauma one can experience a lot of internal conflict. My approach uses the Ego State Therapy Model, which focuses on working with the different parts of our selves, which can produce results and relief. So if you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, disconnected, or burnt out, reaching out may be helpful.
