Change is possible. Together we will focus on making that change happen. In our work together we will explore what brought you to therapy and identify goals you want to reach. I will hold space for you to be able to explore your psyche with compassion and non-judgement. We will work collaboratively using my training in counseling psychology to guide us into exploring the parts of your life and psychology you are interested in examining. We will bring what we learn back to practical steps you can implement in your daily life to support you in achieving change. Together we will move in the direction you want your life to go.
