I could list my degrees and licenses here, but what most people want to know is what it’s like to sit in a room with me. My approach to therapy is shaped less by textbooks and more by lived experience—I’ve walked a lot of miles in a lot of different shoes.
I work from a judgment-free, harm reduction lens and have experience with alternative relationships and kink, substance use, veterans and first responders, and service and sex worker industries. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. My role is to meet you where you are and help you find an approach that actually fits your life. Licensed in LA, MA, TX, NV and GA.
