For over 20 years, I have promoted mental health, personal growth and wellness in children, adolescents and adults so they can achieve their full potential. I encourage and support my clients while preparing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to be empowered. I assist my clients through their life journey, taking into account each person in his/her full dimensions: mind, body and spirit.
