About Donna

I have been in practice for many years focusing on using techniques like EMDR and hypnosis that help my clients move through their issues more quickly than using talk therapy alone. Anxiety is one of my specialties. It is often connected with depression, grief, and addictions. Those are also areas I have a great many years of experience in working with. I have recently become a Medicare provider because I can relate to the many issues that come with aging.
