Secular Therapist Supporting Diversity. My ideal clients are women carrying trauma, anxiety, or dissociation that years of talk therapy haven't resolved. They are often high-functioning on the outside — holding down careers, relationships, and responsibilities — while privately feeling stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by experiences they can't shake. They've done the work. They've talked it through. And something is still there.
They come to my practice ready to try something different. I use somatic tapping, brainspotting, and hypnosis to work at the body and nervous system level — where trauma is actually stored.
