I’m Delilah Lawson, a licensed therapist working with individuals (12+) who are ready to create meaningful, lasting change. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, substance use, and major life stressors. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel understood—but also empowered.
