About Debra

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse counseling. I have been in practice for more than 15 years. Through those years, I have helped hundreds of clients improve. I am certified in EMDR (an evidence based approach for trauma) and have specialized training in several advanced EMDR uses, including ones for trauma, pain, anxiety/panic/OCD/phobias, attachment injuries, complex trauma, substance abuse, and more. I am also trained in Brainspotting and Clinical Hypnosis (both heavily researched modalities for great results). I am a clinical supervisor for state intern therapists and supervisors in training.
