About Deanna

I'm trained in treating attachment insecurity and trauma through ISSTD's complex trauma training and Trauma-InformedHypnotherapyLevel II.I'm a mixed-race, queer therapist who helps LGBTQ+ folks heal anxiety at the root, explore identity, and build self-worth. My clients are caring, thoughtful people who love showing up for others. But when relationships feel shaky or uncertain, their nervous system goes into overdrive. They're the ones people turn to for support, but they struggle to give themselves that same compassion. They often come to therapy because they're sick of always being "on": they want to be able to finally relax in their relationships and feel comfortable in their own skin.
