I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with extended training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Gottman Level 1 couples therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy,Hypnotherapy, and am AMSR/SBIRT trained.Life is full of challenges, both expected and unexpected, that can leave us feeling anxious, depressed, or even traumatized. These struggles often impact individuals, couples, and families, with our family of origin playing a key role in how we cope. I am passionate about helping people navigate these difficulties, whether they stem from sudden crises or long-standing issues. With advanced training in EFT, clinical hypnosis, PCIT, and Attachment Theory, I provide tools for healing and growth.
