Often, we don’t examine these stories to see if they’re true. I want to help you break through to a more genuine understanding of yourself. We'll look for your strengths, abilities, and true interests and we'll work to discover how you can rise above the limitations you currently perceive. I have years of experience successfully working with people with anxiety, mental health challenges and addictions. I'd be honored to work with you.
