I use a cognitive-behavioral, person-centered approach. I have experience in clinical hypnosis and various types of psychotherapeutic approaches. The type of intervention is dependant upon the client’s willingness to engage in that particular modality and appropriateness of that modality for your needs. I try to be solution-focused and give my clients tools they can use for a lifetime.
