I have over 20 years of experience, certified inhypnotherapy, trained in EMDR, trauma-informed care, and military counseling, specializing in helping individuals and couples heal from trauma, navigate life transitions, identify and remove barriers.Bridging the potential within, along with opening our hearts and minds to all of life's possibilities is the underlying focus of my practice. I believe that therapy is a collaborative one with the client in which strengths within are identified, and assistance is given to help the person find their own inner solutions. Optimal growth and change is achieved by identifying and breaking down those obstacles that stand in the way of a persons true happiness and potential.
