A traveling RN who completed an NGH accredited program in Sioux Falls SD under Tom Butler of Butler Hypnosis. I have been practicing meditation and self hypnosis for 15 years. I have worked as an undergraduate in mental health, 3 years as a certified sleep technician, and a nurse who works in various areas of acute/subacute nursing. I have been interested in hypnosis for years due to it's amazing ability to help people re-frame negative thought processes and enhance motivation. Client Services Specializing in habit reduction such as smoking and over eating. Pain control, coping with health challenges, loss of ability, and complementary treatment relating to physical rehabilitation. Service Area My focus area of hypnosis education is focused mostly on health and wellness. I have a pain control certification through Ron Eslinger.
