About David

I specialize inhypnotherapy, but please don't be scared off by images of hypnotism that you have seen on TV.I am a "regular guy" kind of therapist. I don't often wear a tie (though I have been known to wear a fedora or other hat). I try not to speak in psychobabble. I bring 35 years of experience to the counseling relationship. I strive to empower my clients to make positive changes in their lives. My "ideal" clients are those individuals who want to work from a strengths-based perspective to improve their quality of life. I don't like to see people stuck in a "sick" or "victim" role because that is the narrative given to them. Let's work together to write your own story, one where you live life to the fullest writing your own script.
