Having endured my share of trauma, I felt called to show others how healingHypnotherapycan be.When a client comes to me, often they are overwhelmed with many emotions and do not know where to start. As we sit and talk, I learn about where these emotions are connected to. I talk about getting to the root of it where it is all connected so you can begin to heal layer by layer. We learn about nervous system calming, emotional regulation and resilience and tools that you can keep in your toolbox so that therapy does not have to be a lifelong commitment, but instead your own personal healing journey.
