About Cynthia

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with individual adults. I understand that the reproductive and parenting years can pose unique challenges, as well as offer unique opportunities for personal growth. Symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma may be experienced for the first time or may rise up again from years ago. Support may be needed for the learning curve involved in parenting children in challenging contexts. I strive to create a safe space in which clients can harness hope and their inherent ability to heal and grow. It is my honor to walk alongside my clients on their healing journeys.
