About Counseling

Where to start? Life is full of ups and downs. After time, emotional pain can be difficult to describe. We know we are carrying hurt, physical stress, or relationship injuries but have difficulty talking about them. When we do try, we don’t get the response we were hoping for. At times, it may even be more discouraging. So, we disconnect and withdraw from people we care about. But over time, it’s as if we can no longer recognize ourselves. We are not broken or defective.
