About Compass

I introduce each client to Transpersonal and Heart-CenteredHypnotherapyas well as EMDR procedures.Call it childhood trauma, stressful childhood, or even if your experience was one to treasure; these experiences shape our behaviors and our nervous system. Maybe you struggle with self-worth and self-esteem, or communicating your needs because you witnessed and/or experienced abuse. Understanding how that impacts our decision making in our adulthood is the beginning of your healing journey. When we know better, we do better and by giving awareness to yourself as an adult, you will learn a new love language through the power of healing.
