About Claudia

Claudia Dagnino, Masters in Counselling Psychology, is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with more than 18 years of experience. Her passion and love for guiding her clients to a life of balance and wellbeing has driven her into a journey of continuous training and exploration of the wonders and latest discoveries regarding the Mind – Body Connection. Claudia provides services internationally, both in English and Spanish and has worked with the Deaf community. She is a Certified Hypnotherapist with the National Guild of Hypnosis, the sole Simpson Protocol Hypnosis Trainer in the world for Spanish speakers. Claudia is a Yoga Therapist and a Certified Yoga Instructor registered with the International Yoga Alliance. She is officially endorsed by the BC Professional Firefighters Association and Certified to work with first responders, including Fire Fighters, Nurses, Police Officers, Paramedics, and other medical and healthcare professionals. Such certification, along with her Advanced Specialty Certificate in Forensic Science enables her to have a deeper awareness and understanding when working with the trauma associated with first responders in the field. Claudia has worked extensively with Vancouver Coastal Health with the Deaf Wellbeing Program as well with the South Mental Health and Addictions Team as a Disorders Counsellor and facilitator of the STAR Addictions Group, a program that teaches essential recovery skills from a harm-reduction perspective.
