Congratulations on taking this step toward feeling good. Therapy is not one stop shopping. We are all individuals with different needs and motivations. I believe therapy works when the right fit is found with your counselor, allowing a relationship that is safe and trustworthy. I will work with you to design a plan that applies integrative therapies to address your current goals. I offer psychotherapy to individual adults. I also offer pre-marital counseling to couples. My office is located in private, easily accessed location in Kennebunk , and I strive to provide a safe, peaceful and comfortable environment.
