About Christy

Christy began her nursing career in oncology before advancing into anesthesia, where she has spent decades supporting individuals through surgery, childbirth, and complex medical care. Throughout her clinical experience, she observed the profound impact that fear, anxiety, and stress can have on overall well-being. In addition to her work in anesthesiology, Christy maintains an integrative psychiatric mental health practice that incorporates evidence-informed medical approaches, including neuromodulation-based therapies such as ketamine-assisted treatment and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), alongside holistic, mind-body strategies. She also provides professional training and mentorship for nurses and other healthcare professionals in the ethical integration of hypnosis and mind-body techniques. To complement traditional healthcare models, she pursued professional hypnosis training and began integrating hypnotic techniques to support relaxation, resilience, and emotional balance.
