Since 2014, I’ve worked in behavioral health, and it is an honor to walk alongside individuals as they move toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. I work with teens (13+), adults, and older adults (65+). Together, we create a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where you can explore challenges, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with your inner strengths.
