My practice specializes in empowering the individual to regain the perceived loss of control over their life. The main avenue is through the use of state of the art Biofeedback, Neurofeedback, Hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Techniques. The conditions treated include anxiety disorders, depression, phobias, insomnia and various neurological issues including ADHD and Tourette's Syndrome. I also specialize in various stress related conditions including headaches, gastrointestinal disorders, chronic pain, TMJ and cardiovascular problems.
