About Carrie

My first career was in teaching elementary aged students for 30+ years, with an emphasis on science. Hypnotherapy is my second career, and one that is my passion. I use my skills and compassion to help clients heal, learn, and grow. Client Services I specialize in children, teens, and young adults. I also work with adults for pain management, anxiety, and overall physical and emotional well-being. Service Area I live in Alexandria, Minnesota (West Central part of the State). My practice includes in-person clients as well as being on-line certified to work with clients regardless of where they are located!
