About Carolyn

I have been a family therapist over 20 years; and such, I work from a systemic or relational orientation, which focuses on mental health concerns within the contexts they occur. I work with individuals, couples and families experiencing a variety of mental health and relational concerns, such as depression, important life decisions, spiritual struggles, premarital counseling, marital conflict, communication problems, parenting challenges, family transitions, relationship enhancement, domestic violence, family violence and mid-life transitions.
