Having a transgender or gender nonbinary child is a wonderful gift, but it comes with a unique journey for both child and parent. Support is not only essential, but a gem of the journey! Possibly your child has expressed feeling that they are another gender and you are unsure about what to do next. Maybe your child is already living as their authentic gender, but they are showing signs of insecurity or distress around their body. Or possibly, puberty is approaching, and your child’s doctor has recommended therapy as they prepare for puberty suppression. I seek to provide guidance and support through stretches such as these.
