I use Brief Cognitive Hypnosis to help people change dysfunctional habits such as smoking, overeating, problem drinking, problem gambling, poorly controlled anger, and behavioral disabilities associated with chronic pain. I'm trained in Clinical Hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
