About Wendy

Wendy was raised in the countryside of Puerto Rico, where the values of hospitality and service to others were deeply ingrained. Growing up, Wendy learned the importance of welcoming people into her life and extending a helping hand to those in need. This foundation, paired with the dynamic experience of later living in New York City, allowed Wendy to develop a unique ability to connect with people from all walks of life, respecting and appreciating cultural diversity. With a profound love for animals, especially dogs, dolphins, and whale sharks, Wendy’s compassionate nature extends to all living beings.Her life journey, marked by resilience and determination, includes overcoming tremendous challenges and rebuilding from the ground up, all while serving as a role model to her son and other women facing adversity. Wendy is passionate about helping others reinvent themselves under new circumstances, proving that it is never too late to start again. Wendy has completed a one-year course of instruction in hypnosis from the nation’s only Accredited College of Hypnotherapy including an internship of practical experience under the supervision of staff instructors. She is currently enrolled in HMI’s Associate of Occupational Studies Degree in Mind-Body Psychology program. This combination of instructional methodology is providing her with the most extensive and thorough preparation for her career as a Hypnotherapist.Wendy has conducted a private practice since 2024 assisting clients in achieving their personal goals in such areas as habit modification, stress reduction, overcoming fears and performance anxiety, increasing self-confidence and self-esteem, etc. Wendy holds multiple certifications in hypnotherapy, including Imagery Certification, Past Lives Regression Therapy and Trauma Recovery Certification, which she obtained through dedicated professional development.Her education and extensive training reflect her commitment to personal growth and her desire to support her clients’ healing and transformation. Driven by a mission to provide accessible care to all in Spanish and English. Wendy approaches every client with warmth, empathy, and an unwavering dedication to helping them succeed, regardless of their financial circumstances.
