About Val

Having worked for more than three decades as a technical business consultant for 59 companies in 25 different industries, I accumulated considerable experience in the corporate world dealing with many types of people in many situations. This experience serves me well in applying the wisdom gained from helping people in their corporate lives to now helping people in their personal lives.As a graduate of HMI College of Hypnotherapy, I am fully trained in many different methods and areas in order to help clients with a wide variety of issues. In my internship program and later in practice, I’ve been able to help many clients with quitting smoking, quitting drinking, overcoming fears such as dogs, claustrophobia, changing habits such as nail biting, teeth grinding, habitual tardiness, as well as removing or lessening chronic pain. I've also helped some clients with their focus, building self-confidence, and improving their careers with new jobs.I would welcome the chance to help you reach your goals.
