Hello there! I’m so glad you found your way here. I’m Theresa, and I began my hypnotherapist training in 2013, by "accident" when I sought the guidance of a hypnotherapist to help me navigate some difficulties I was facing in my life. I had never been to a hypnotherapist before, and wasn’t sure what to expect. Nor did I realize what a pivotal point this would become in my life. Within a short time, I left a 20-year career in the music business to dedicate myself full-time to learning this powerful modality.I’m assuming you may be interested in hypnotherapy because your brain might be running some outdated “programs” that aren’t serving you anymore.
