Sharon Winkel is a Certified Hypnotherapist, graduating with honors from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI). She has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and undergraduate degrees in Communications and in Long-Term Health Care Administration.Her professional career has been in middle and senior management positions in healthcare, as well as administrator of skilled nursing and long-term health care facilities. She has transformed this knowledge and experience into serving others through the use of hypnotherapy, hypnosis, and mindset coaching.Sharon views her role as a change agent for supporting client’s in taking actionable steps to achieve powerful results in the areas of self-improvement, performance, and health and wellness.She is certified as a Master NLP Practitioner. In addition, she obtained certifications in the areas of anxieties and fears, trauma, smoking cessation, weight loss, pain management, tinnitus habituation, and sports performance. Other areas of service focus include change management, communication and public speaking, personal improvement and habit change.Hypnotherapy and Mindset Coaching services are available via in-person, as well as on Zoom and FaceTime.
