About Rickey

A hypnotherapy session is a partnership between the client and the hypnotherapist. I believe that the answers clients seek reside within themselves, and it is from this understanding that I work collaboratively with each individual.The subconscious mind inherently knows what it needs to heal, release, and progress. My role is to guide clients gently through this process, helping them bypass their critical inner voice and access the deeper parts of their mind where healing begins. Since every client is unique, I customize each session to meet their specific needs. Please note that any work beyond Avocational/Vocational scope requires a medical referral.I value authenticity, empathy, and humor as essential qualities both in life and in my role as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. Often, we are too hard on ourselves, forgetting to step back and recognize our humanity, with all its imperfections. I offer a non-judgmental space where you can take a break from self-criticism and move toward becoming your best self.I am proud to provide faith-based sessions for clients who find strength in spirituality. Growing up immersed in diverse religious teachings—my mother owned an international religious store where I spent many summers—I learned early on to distinguish between worldly challenges and deeper metaphysical concerns.As an adult, I volunteer at Morristown Memorial Hospital, supporting cancer patients through energy healing and hypnotherapy. Additionally, I dedicate a portion of my practice each month to assisting individuals who have experienced physical or emotional abuse or who are in vulnerable circumstances.I have also been honored to offer hypnotherapy and energy healing to members of the LGBTQ community, as well as to support terminally ill clients as they navigate the final stages of their journey.
