About Nancy L.

Nancy specializes in hypnosis for women’s health from pregnancy to menopause. She is an Honors Graduate of HMI, holds a Bachelor of Science in Fitness and Wellness from PennWest, is a Certified NASM Personal Trainer, ACE Behavioral Change Specialist, and Childbirth Educator.She has over 30 years experience in perinatal health and 13 years in corporate wellness helping employees improve nutrition, exercise, and stress management. She combines her skills to provide practical wellness coaching along with hypnotherapy.She enjoys coming alongside women to navigate pregnancy, birth and postpartum, menopause, and all the life changes in between such as career, relationships, health improvement, and personal goals.
