About Miyako

Miyako Nagai, CCHt is a High Honors Graduate of the HMI Clinical Hypnotherapy Diploma Program and the AOS Mind-Body Psychology Associate Degree Program. She has helped individuals of all ages—from young children to seniors—overcome challenges and shift their focus toward a brighter future. Miyako firmly believes that each of us has the power to create the life we desire.Born and raised in Japan, Miyako moved to the U.S. in 1999. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting and worked as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in financial auditing and tax for many years.However, her own life challenges and a deep search for meaning led her to embrace spirituality in her early 30s. This journey ignited a passion for helping others navigate their struggles, ultimately inspiring her to shift careers and dedicate herself to personal growth and healing.Today, Miyako is a compassionate guide for those seeking positive change. She specializes in supporting individuals dealing with chronic pain, ADHD symptoms, childhood trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, and grief from death, loss and divorce. With a deep understanding of both the practical and spiritual aspects of life, she empowers others to heal, grow, and step into their best selves.
