About Lyudmyla

Lyudmyla (Milla) Rybak has a passion for helping people successfully adjust to life after experiencing major changes. Born and raised in Ukraine, Milla relocated to her new home in the United States 18 years ago.Through this journey, she overcame resistance, identified and then released fears and limiting beliefs, personal challenges and gained inner strength, determination and the deep sense of knowing how to navigate the waters of the change. She quotes the Ghost Rider – “If you don’t make the choice, the choice makes you”.Milla’s lifelong interest, research, and study of human behaviors, beliefs, and societal customs led her to the realization that, “You can do anything you set your mind to. All You need You have within – Just Open Your Mind”.Today, Milla uses Hypnosis, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and many other tools to assist her clients in maximizing the power of their minds to achieve their goals, while releasing old habits and behaviors, limiting beliefs and fears.In addition, Milla helps her clients achieve mindfulness, resilience and inner peace through releasing anxiety, stress, resistance, and fears, implementing tools for successful adaption to change, overcoming physical limitations, and increasing personal success in relationships, career, and self-confidence goals.Milla is available for in-person, phone and online individual or group sessions.
