About Lara

Lara is an Honors Graduate from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI). During her 2,000+ hours of one-on-one in-person training, Lara has been helping AA members in Los Angeles, California since 2018 to recover from long term addictions (substance and behavioral abuse). She has also helped people with eating disorders, insomnia, fears and phobias, PTSD, and anger management issues.Lara’s multicultural background led her to practice Hypnotherapy and Brainspotting. She was born and raised in Paris and lived in London, New York, and Los Angeles. Lara’s methods are unique tailoring each person’s healing journey according to their personal needs combining her skills of transformational Coaching, Brainspotting and Clinical Hypnotherapy.Lara is also a graduate from the American University of Paris (AUP) in Business and Psychology. She is also an ICF Certified Transformational Life Coach and a Brainspotting Practitioner (brain-body modality for PTSD) from the Anima’s Coaching Institute, in London, UK. She specialized in Wellness and Couple’s Coaching.
