Jordan Wolan, CHt, is a Certified Hypnotherapist and Sound Healing Facilitator based in Los Angeles, California. She offers solutions-focused hypnotherapy in a supportive, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment, helping clients create meaningful change with clarity and confidence.With over a decade of clinical experience, Jordan takes a trauma-aware and integrative approach to hypnotherapy. She specializes in working with anxiety, phobias, habit change, confidence and self-esteem, performance enhancement, and emotional regulation. Her work focuses on identifying and releasing unconscious blocks, transforming limiting beliefs, and supporting lasting change.Jordan received her Diploma in Hypnotherapy from HMI College of Hypnotherapy and holds advanced certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Integrated Time Line Therapy, and Past Life Regression Therapy. She is also a Certified Mindfulness-Based Psychedelic Therapist, trained through the Center for Medicinal Mindfulness in Boulder, Colorado. Her approach integrates hypnosis, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to support insight, resilience, and personal growth.In addition to private sessions, Jordan leads sound baths, workshops, and experiential events throughout Los Angeles, and offers individual and small-group sessions focused on stress reduction, emotional release, and self-exploration. A Reiki Master/Teacher, she incorporates elements of energy work and sound into her practice when appropriate.Jordan works with a diverse client base including therapists, creatives, entrepreneurs, parents, and professionals. Her practice is LGBTQ+ and kink-affirmative, and she brings lived experience and compassion to work around identity, visibility, and self-acceptance, including her personal experience with vitiligo.Sessions are available in person in Los Angeles and online for clients worldwide.
