About Jigeesha

Jigeesha was born in India, where, from a young age, she found herself deeply intrigued by the timeless wisdom of Vedic verses likeमन: एव मनुष्याणां कारणं बन्धनमोक्षयो।(The mind is both the cause of bondage and liberation). Early on, she delved into practices like yoga and meditation, exploring and observing the changing depths of the mind during meditation sessions.At the age of 11, she had her first encounter with hypnosis, an enlightening and transformative moment in her life. From then on, her fascination with the subconscious mind only grew, she could never stop exploring diverse literature on the subject. Concurrently, she pursued her academic and professional endeavors, working as a researcher and a PhD candidate in the field of climate change.Upon receiving the PhD degree, despite the accomplishment, she sensed a lingering void that she could not settle or find fulfillment in working as a researcher anymore. Following her heart’s calling, she embarked on a journey to dive deeper into the realm of hypnosis. She enrolled in the Clinical Hypnotherapy program at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, a distinguished institution renowned for its nationally accredited hypnosis training in Los Angeles, California.आत्मदीपः भव – Be your own light.BuddhaThese words of wisdom from Buddha resonate deeply with her. She firmly believes that genuine help becomes available only when you're willing to help yourself first.
