About Jenayalynn

Jenayalynn Riojas is a U.S. veteran, educator, and mediator with more than a decade of experience guiding others through personal growth and transformation. With ten years teaching in the classroom, she has honed her patience for educating people on difficult concepts.She has a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy from HMI, and is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist through the AHA with certifications in Hypnosis for Trauma and Hypnosis for Autoimmune Disorders.Her work is informed by a rich blend of philosophy, metaphysics, and psychology—drawing on traditions such as existentialism, mindfulness-based practice, and metaphysical integration. Jenayalynn’s mission is to help clients release self-judgment, reclaim confidence, and experience safety and self-integration in both inner and interpersonal worlds.Her approach offers clients not only individualized hypnosis sessions, but also a framework for understanding themselves as part of a larger cycle of becoming.Jenayalynn provides a compassionate, structured space where clients can heal, grow, and move more confidently into their chosen identities.
