Elisabeth Henriksen is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and founder of MindBody Empowered, a practice supporting growth-minded, driven women navigating both personal and professional demands in creating meaningful, lasting change. Her work focuses on helping clients access inner resources, regulate emotional responses, and move beyond habits and long-standing reactions that no longer serve them, so they can live with greater clarity, confidence, and balance.After years of personal healing, traditional therapy, and self-development, Elisabeth recognized that insight and willpower alone were not enough to create lasting change. Through her own healing journey with anxiety rooted in adverse childhood experiences, Elisabeth developed a deep respect for how early ways of coping form, and how they can be gently reshaped. Her transformative experience with hypnotherapy became the foundation of her professional path.With a background in education and a degree in Mind-Body Psychology, Elisabeth brings a calm, compassionate, and structured approach to her work. She has supported clients with anxiety and panic, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem challenges, communication and boundary-setting, as well as pre- and post-operative anxiety and stress, pain management, and recovery support.
