Having surpassed many personal health challenges starting at the age of 3 years old, she is ever learning effective, natural approaches to self-healing, such as Emotional Freedom Technique (aka EFT or Tapping), Reiki, Chakra Systems, Body Syndromes and Therapeutic Guided Imagery.Having lived in Paris, France twice, she is conversational in French.
