I am a Certified Hypnotherapist through the American Hypnosis Association (AHA), and I specialize in helping clients create lasting transformation by working directly with the subconscious mind.I am passionate about guiding individuals through deep inner healing and personal growth. I help my clients identify and heal childhood wounds, release limiting beliefs, and break free from patterns that no longer serve them. My approach supports building confidence, strengthening motivation, and developing a more empowered and intentional mindset.I also work with clients on healing from past relationships, improving self-worth, and creating healthier, more fulfilling connections moving forward. In addition, I support weight loss by addressing the subconscious habits and emotional triggers that often stand in the way of lasting success.I have experience working with children and use age-appropriate hypnotherapy techniques to help support positive behaviors, confidence, and emotional well-being, always with a safe and supportive approach.I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where my clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
