I began my journey in mentoring while serving as a sergeant in the Marine Corps. Through my experiences, I made mistakes and learned important lessons about managing stress and making decisions. I now apply these concepts in my sessions, utilizing the power of hypnosis.Serving in the military and within the community presents unique challenges, from deployments to constant changes. There are moments when early morning calls demand your utmost focus and dedication to your team. These experiences can be hard for those outside the field to fully comprehend, as they often require setting aside personal needs for the sake of the team and those we serve.As a military veteran, I understand that our culture emphasizes the importance of the team above all else. In my hypnotherapy sessions, I strive to help you reintroduce yourself into the equation. It’s challenging to serve others and to be the best version of yourself if you don’t feel safe, stable, and secure; it’s time.
