About Barbara

As a licensed clinical social worker, my passion is in supporting others to develop more whole and healthy versions of themselves. Much of my experience has been helping individuals who have experienced trauma make sense of those experiences and find meaning and wellness on the other side. In addition to post-traumatic stress, I am experienced in treating depression, anxiety, insomnia, grief, and relationship as well as workplace challenges.
